We do two things.

  2. We help our clients keep and expand the business they've already got.

Almost always, our clients are in the knowledge business. They don't sell products -- they're selling their expertise. This includes professionals, such as law firms, medical practices, advertising agencies and all kinds of consultancies. It also includes service companies, such as Wells Fargo, healthcare firms, hosted software companies, insurance brokerages and mortgage brokerages.

The work we do typically falls into three categories. We help our clients:
