ExecutionOnce the strategy's in place, the next step is executing programs. Programs are the actual things you're actually going to do to make the strategy happen. A few examples: You might launch a blog We have done all of these for our clients, and many more. You find more information about the different programs we've conducted here. A few observations about programs: First, programs usually require technical or creative help. We have an enormous network of contacts and partners -- everything from typists to graphic designers to researchers. We can, and often do, assemble and supervise the team that gets it done. Second, although there are one-offs, most programs, such as blogs, are ongoing. This means process. We are big believers in building formal, documented processes. This insures consistent execution, makes training new people easy, saves money and prevents reinvention of the wheel. Finally, programs are not set in stone. They need to have a feedback loop built in, and they need to be changed or modified depending on how your market responds. Which brings us to the third thing we do: refining programs.
